講演「荘川町伝統食『どぶ汁』を残そう!」三島美智子氏（荘川べっぴん桜代表）
2025年8月24日（日）、高山市荘川町にて「第6回白山ユネスコエコパーク・リレーシンポジウムin高山」を開催しました。
講演では、郷土料理の継承活動に取り組む「荘川べっぴん桜」代表の三島美智子氏が、郷土料理「どぶ汁」の歴史や魅力を紹介しました。
三島氏は、「郷土愛を育むには食文化は大切です。荘川の真心のこもった素晴らしい宝（どぶ汁）を、次世代へつないでいってほしいです」と呼びかけました。
その後の試食会では、「荘川べっぴん桜」の皆さんと、荘川さくら学園の生徒がボランティアとして協力し、「どぶ汁」と「荘川けいちゃん」などが振る舞われました。
このシンポジウムを通じて、どぶ汁が育んできた食文化や、この土地の人々、自然の豊かさを改めて感じることができました。
4県7市村を巡回して開催しているリレーシンポジウムは、次回は福井県大野市で開催予定です。どうぞお楽しみに！

On Sunday, August 24, 2025, the “6th Mount Hakusan Biosphere Reserve Relay Symposium in Takayama” was held in Shōkawa -cho, Takayama City.
During the lecture, Michiko Mishima, representative of “Shōkawa Beppin Zakura”, an organization dedicated to preserving local cuisine, introduced the history and appeal of the local dish “Dobujiru”.
Ms. Mishima stated, “Food culture is vital for fostering love for one’s hometown. I hope this wonderful treasure of Shōkawa, made with heartfelt sincerity (Dobujiru), will be passed on to the next generation.”

Through this symposium, we were reminded of the food culture nurtured by Dobujiru, the people of this land, and the richness of its nature.
The relay symposium, touring 7 cities and villages across 4 prefectures, is next scheduled to be held in Ono City, Fukui Prefecture. Stay tuned!
