2024(令和6)年8月11日（日・祝）白山市民交流センターにて、山の日に合わせて白山をテーマに「県民白山講座」を、石川県白山自然保護センターと白山ユネスコエコパーク協議会が主催で開催しました。
2名の講師からユネスコエコパークとユネスコ世界ジオパークの繋がりや白山に暮らす特徴ある昆虫のお話を伺いました。講師による、参加者からの質問に答えながら、関連する話を進めるトークセッションも行われ、気楽な雰囲気の講座となりました。

「世界中で白山だけに暮らすアリの巣の居候昆虫アリヅカムシ」
On August 11, 2024, the Ishikawa Hakusan Nature Conservation Center and the Mount Hakusan Biosphere Reserve Council hosted the “Prefectural Residents’ Hakusan Lecture” at the Hakusan Residents Exchange Center, sticking with the Mount Hakusan theme in commemoration of Mountain Day on which it was held.
The two lecturers talked about the connection between Biosphere Reserves and UNESCO Global Geoparks, and about the characteristic insects that live in the Hakusan area. The lecturers also held a talk session in which they answered questions from participants, answering with related stories for an easygoing atmosphere.
